The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that the deceased has solemnized her second marriage with the petitioner and later on, she again solemnized her marriage with one, Chamru Yadav, which caused annoyance to the petitioner as well as the husband of the deceased and they used to give threatening to the deceased as well as her other family members and except the aforesaid materials, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37081 of 2014 (3) dt.27-01-2015 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
