JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has moved an application for modification of order dated 05.01.2022, passed in case of the petitioners, whereby the petitioners application for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks indulgence to point out that on the same date three other petitioners bail application have been placed before this Court and they were granted anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6902 of 2022(3) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are also entitled for grant of anticipatory bail.

I have considered the submission, the order passed by the Court dated 05.01.2022 in case of the petitioners mentions about injuries caused and considering the role of the petitioners their bail application was rejected, while in the case of others, their role was examined.

In view thereof, no case for modification is made out.
