2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The dead body of the deceased was recovered and F.I.R. was registered against unknown.

4. Subsequently, materials have come during investigation to the connect the petitioner with the crime. It has come during investigation that because of illicit relation, the petitioner has killed his wife.

5. If the petitioner is really innocent then he should have filed a missing report in the police station for tracing his

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
