The petitioner seeks bail in Mokama P.S. Case No. 53/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police arrested the petitioner along with other accused persons but only two live cartridges were recovered from the pocket of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 5.04.2015, although he was arrested on 1.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh, in connection with Mokama P.S.
