The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have made an attempt to outrage modesty of Renu Devi, the sister-in-law of the informant. When the informant went to save her the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted him on his chest with dagger. One injury of lacerated wound is said to have been caused by hard and blunt substance which is simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 18.05.2015 and has remained in jail for 31⁄2 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38860 of 2015 (3) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Manjhi, the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in Katra P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015.
