Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have given fatal blow on the head of the deceased and prior to the alleged occurrence, he was convicted in a case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 386 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara stands rejected.
