Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 21.07.2022 and the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence and petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the main accused is fantoosh this application for regular bail is allowed.
