Although this application was filed for modification of the judgment and order dated 11.5.2016 passed by this Court in CWJC No.17011 of 2015 in so far as it required certain obligations to be performed by the petitioner for release of his vehicle but considering that despite the period of extension so prayed for by the petitioner stands lapsed on 25th of June, 2016 and yet the petitioner has not been able to discharge his obligation of deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- with the Bank, the prayer made has lost its force and the modification application is disposed of accordingly.
