2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1168 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased was in live-in-relation with the petitioner. She has committed suicide. The petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of
