2. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Gandhi Maidan Police Station Case No. 332 of 2024, disclosing offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the B.N.S.

3. The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, the petitioner along with other accused persons surrounded the informant, assaulted him with hockey sticks, knife and the cricket wicket etc., due to which informant sustained injury on his head and hand. It has further been alleged that mobile phone, golden chain, bracelet and Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7669 of 2025(2) dt.27-03-2025 2/3 30,000/- has also been snatched by the accused persons.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that on perusal of the First Information Report, it would be evident that the marriage of the informant was fixed with the girlfriend of the petitioner. Learned counsel next submits that the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and his aged about 25 years.

Regards being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, he is young person aged about 25 years and the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.

6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan Police Station Case No. 332 of 2024, subject to the condition laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S.

8. However, if the petitioner will repeat the similar type of offences in future his bail bonds is liable to be cancelled. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) Siwani/- U T
