2. The writ petition has been filed for:- "issuance of an appropriate writ, Order or direction for quashing and setting aside the Order dated 27th July 2017 passed by Mr. K.P. Ramalah, Member Administrative of Bihar Land Tribunal in B.L.T. Case No. 1212 of 2016 by which the learned Member Administration has set aside the Orders passed by the learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms and learned Additional Collector and allowed the application with observation to the Opposite Party to take interest in the pending Title Suit No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12821 of 2017(4) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 13 of 2009 and get their right, title and interest declared and further to grant other relief(s) for which the petitioner found entitled too."

Learned State counsel straightaway takes this Court to paragraph- 7 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2 to 4 duly signed by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Hajipur to show that the parties are agitating the matter before the competent Civil Court in Title Suit No. 11/2000 and instead of getting the said matter which is pending since last 25 years decided, the writ petition.

4. This Court finds force in the submission of the learned State counsel.

5. The outcome of the Title Suit No. 11/2000 will ultimately decide the fate of the parties.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
