The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Birpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise-1, Begusarai.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the
