The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 328, 307, 494, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other F.I.R. named persons committed torture and assault with the informant and finally, ousted her from matrimonial home. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of informant. Specific allegation is against husband of the informant, who solemnized marriage with another girl and husband of informant has already been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 05.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 64600 of 2021. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with family affairs of the couple. There is general and omnibus allegation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Dewariya PS case No.17/2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
