JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he gave sword blow causing injury on the right hand of the informant as a result of which his wrist amputated.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injuries. It is also pointed out that the alleged occurrence took place on account of fishing and, moreover, injury found on the person of the informant is said to be a lacerated wound and, therefore, accusation against the petitioner of giving sword blow to the informant appears to be false.
