JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was said to be caught near the place of occurrence from where, in huge quantity country-made liquor was recovered. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 04-03-2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
