The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.360 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 427, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 fo the Arms Act.
Petitioner along with the other accused persons fired on the informant and damaged the shop of the informant . Apart from that he is accused in five other cases.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than two months. . No offence is made out under Section 307 of the Cr.P.C.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.4967 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.360 of 2019 with condition that he has to appear before the local police station of his area for a period of six months so that the police may watch the activities of the petitioner, otherwise the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Sr.S.P., Gaya for the needful.
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
