The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are relations of the husband. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Allegation is general and omnibus.

Considering the future chances of settlement, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9666 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Hathua P.S.Case No. 168 of 2018,(Complaint Case No.2086 of 2018), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
