Admittedly, the petitioner has preferred an election dispute to question the result on recount and which is pending before the Election Tribunal.

In the circumstances, no cause for indulgence is made out in this writ application which is accordingly disposed of. Nonetheless considering that an election dispute has already been raised, the Election Tribunal would be well advised to dispose of the matter expeditiously in accordance with law and after hearing the parties.
