Counsel for the State and State Election Commission are present and question the maintainability of the writ petition inter alia on grounds that the petitioner has endeavoured to question the election result to the post of Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Agrahan (Haveli Kharagpur) in the District of Munger on alleged irregularities in counting process.
