2. Mr. Surendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, however, interest

Patna High Court CWJC No.2094 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 on delayed payment has not been paid till date of making payment on different heads of retiral dues. He seeks to file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority.

3. In case the representation is filed on behalf of the petitioner, the Respondent No.2- the Additional Chief Secretary, Planning Department, Government of Bihar, Old Secretariat, Patna, must ensure to dispose of the representation within a period of six weeks and take steps in case petitioner is required to be paid interest, the same be paid within the aforesaid period in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
