The petitioner seeks bail in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 14/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Pramod Yadav but except the confession no further material is collected. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent but without any material, the petitioner is in jail since 26.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions
