Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ with regard to allocation fund received by Swami Shivanand High School, Karserus, District- Rohtas cannot be appropriately decided in the present case. The State has already formulated the scheme for deciding the dispute. Vide notification dated 19.5.2015, Pradhikar has been constituted namely, Bihar Anudanit Sansthan Pradhikar.
Considering the notification dated 19.5.2015, the writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.2084 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar. In the event, the petitioner files application before the Pradhikar alongwith a copy of this order, the Pradhikar will take appropriate decision in accordance with law at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
