The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by the police informer. The petitioner was apprehended and is said to have confessed his guilt. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2014.
