Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 579 of 2018 for the offence under sections 302, 353, 333/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. For the same offence two cases were registered, namely, Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 578 of 2018 for the offence under sections 395, 397, 412 and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act and Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 529 of 2018 for the offence 302, 353 and 333/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that this Court has granted bail in connected P.S. Case No. 578 of 2018 and the aforesaid consideration for grant of bail in Cr. Misc.No. 6518 of 2019 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11612 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 relevant for the purpose of present case, accordingly, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 579 of 2018.
