The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No.341 of 2022, registered for the offence under sections 353, 332, 337, 414, 34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned

No.6942 of 2023(2) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day, in accordance with law, considering the fact that co-accused Md.
