2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamui P.S Case No. 714 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 352, 351(2)(3)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other accused persons have assaulted the informant and his wife due to which both of them sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that petitioner and

He further submits that petitioner and his family members were residing at Dhanbad for earning his livelihood and used to claim his rightful share which caused anger to the informant and to dissuade him from claiming any share, therefore, false case has been filed. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 05.11.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 06.01.2025, it appears that injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance, moreover, allegation against the petitioner is of general and omnibus and also considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S Case No. 714 of 2024.
