The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.919 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner and other family members are accused of killed the deceased.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He is in custody since 28.10.2023. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8861 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District- West Champaran, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.919 of 2023.
