Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 578 of 2018 for the offence under sections 395, 397, 412 and 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act, & 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.9.2018.

Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that in the instant case there is allegation that wrist watch recovered from the possession of this petitioner is said to be looted watch. Learned counsel submits that neither seized watch nor

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 13.9.2018 and neither the petitioner nor the recovered watch was put on TIP, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 578 of 2018.
