Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act. The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C would reveal that she had voluntarily left her house to marry with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sohsarai Police Station Case No.250 of 2017, subject to the condition
