The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sakurabad P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered under Section 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is brother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he submits that the deceased died due to Anemia and neither internal nor external injury is found, as would be evident from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16836 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 Annexure nos. -2 and 3 to the supplementary affidavit. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Sakurabad P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
