JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 This case has been heard through videoconferencing. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned cousnel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498 A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have pestered the victim on the non-fulfillment of dowry demand and lastly ousted her from her matrimonial home and refused to keep her till the fulfillment

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners are in-laws of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that as a matter of fact, on the intervention of well wishers, victim and her husband are living together as husband and wife peacefully.

Learned counsel for the informant concede with the aforesaid fact.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.178 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
