The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No. 1484 of 2015 arising out of Haspura P.S. Case No. 149 of 2013 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18652 of 2014. He has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2013, no witness has been examined so far.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 21.07.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40185 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2 / 2 to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six month from today failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
