This application is filed for directing the respondent (Private and Govt.) to return back the money of petitioners which Pvt. Respondents No. 7 and 8 have taken illegally and not giving the same in spite of all efforts and for getting their money back from the Pvt. Respondent No. 7 and 8 because they are running from pillar to post.

The learned counsel for the petitioners have liberty to pray for registration of F.I.R. by the local police for his grievances. If the local police (Kadamkuan P.S.) is refusing to register the F.I.R. then the petitioners can avail the remedy for filing complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. With the aforesaid observation, this application is
