2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO), Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
