The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 653 of 2019 for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torturing of the complainant/O.P. No.2 by her husband and in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of Bullet motorcycle and removing from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7012 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 her matrimonial house causing assault.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the four petitioners are mother-in-law, unmarried Nanad and unmarried brother-in-law of the complainant/O.P. No.2 and they have falsely been implicated in this case only to put undue pressure.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Pratik Anand Divedi, Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 653 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
