JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(I). For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority particularly Respondent no.2,3 and 4 to save and protect the purchased landed property alongwith house of the petitioner, who is senior citizen aged about 73 years old from the malice intention of private respondent, who are tenants of the petitioner and now under collusion of the enemy of the petitioner and anti-social element of the locality private respondent neither paying the rent to the petitioner since long from the year of institution of Title Suit No.236 of 1980 even inspite of rent fixed by the competent authority but they are neither vacating the land and house of the petitioner with oblique motive to grab the property of petitioner, relying upon forged, fabricated and concocted documents

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
