The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act. The informant got message on 20.05.2015 that Rs. 23, 532.38 was withdrawn from his account for booking the ticket. It is transpired that the train tickets in the name of L.N. Das and S.R. Das was booked. L.N. Das disclosed that Ritu Raj gave him the tickets. Ritu Raj disclosed the name of Nitesh Kumar. The name of the petitioner figured in para 36 of the case diary and the petitioner confessed his guilt.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39615 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 P2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 122/2015. Subject to the condition that if the petitioner fails to give Rs. 23,532.38 to the informant within one month from the date of his release, the Court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
