2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that there was land dispute between the parties. The petitioner and other co-accused persons stopped the bike of the informant and brutally assaulted him, causing a number of injuries. It is further alleged that they also snatched Rs. 65,000/- and a mobile phone from the informant. The assailant also took away the bike of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that the main thrust of allegation is against co-accused namely, Surendra Yadav and Yudhisthir Yadav. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner of any overt act, he is only a member of mob. He further submits that co-accused persons have already been granted bail by the learned coordinate bench of this court as well as from this court also vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 11600 of 2025, 82979 of 2025 and 86291 of 2025. Moreover, a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 14.11.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
