The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.03.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Only material against the petitioner is that his C.D.R. call details was obtained from which it is evident that the petitioner had talk with other accused persons. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
