The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Shankar Gope. Save and except confessional statement, there is no other material to show complicity of the petitioner in the aforesaid crime. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8173 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
