2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has also moved before the Vice Chancellor, L. N. Mithila University in the matter but no final order has been passed.
3. Learned counsel for the University submitted that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed off.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-3 to
Patna High Court CWJC No.6995 of 2017 dt.03-08-2017 2/2 the writ application expeditiously and within a maximum period of two months from the date of production of a copy of the order before him.
5. If anything is found payable to the petitioner in terms of the order, the same shall also be paid to him within the next one month.
