JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 The petitioner seeks a direction to Nalanda Open University, Patna, to publish his result as successful candidate in Master of Arts in Education Part-II of 14th Paper, namely Educational Statistics (State), for which the examination was held in 2016. A direction for re-evaluation of the petitioner's answer sheet has also been sought.

It is the case of the petitioner that in the petitioner's answer sheet, against the some of the answers, the marking has been done by mentioning 'zero' in place of '0'. This, in my view, cannot be a ground to question the regularity of the process of evaluation. The petitioner has not shown to this Court any provision for re-evaluation of the answer sheet.

It has, however, been stated that the petitioner has

Whereas the Court cannot issue such direction as sought for in the present writ application, it is observed that it would be open to the University to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
