The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application crave indulgence of this Hon'ble court for issuing direction to the respondents authorities to allow the petitioners for their medical test pursuant to the advertisement No. 10/2013 published by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna for making appointment on the post of "Kakshpal" under trained Home guard personnel category for which a written test was held on 23-11-2013 and being found the petitioners for successful in the written test they were called for documents verification and after verifying the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12587 of 2015(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 same petitioners were Correction called for by the Prison and Correction Services Directorate, Department of Home to appear before the Medical Board for medical test which was scheduled from 09-06-2015 to 11-06-2015 but same was postponed and fresh notice has been issued for medical test scheduled on 10-08-2015 to 13-08-2015 at Ideal Central Jail, Beur, Patna and a list of candidates have been uploaded on the official website in which petitioners roll number does not find place." 2.
At the outset, it is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
