2. A co-ordinate Bench had passed an order of 24.02.2020 in C.W.J.C. No. 19706 of 2015 in which in the last but one paragraph the date has been typed as 18.09.2013 instead of 18.09.2015, as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. He submits that there has been delay on his part in making the said prayer inasmuch as four years have passed.

4. In that background, he will be paying Rs. 500/- to

Patna High Court MJC No.362 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 the Patna High Court Legal Services Authority.

5. This Court has gone through the date and finds that the same should be read as 18.09.2015 and not 18.09.2013.

6. Accordingly, the same shall be read as 18.09.2015 subject to payment of Rs. 500/- and the receipt thereof has to be submitted with the office.
