According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner and informant were traveling by train and it is alleged that petitioner provided tea to the informant and when informant taken the tea, he became unconscious and got his consciousness in hospital, where he noticed that petitioner was also admitted in the said hospital. No doubt, it is alleged that some Ativan tablets are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
