This Appeal has been preferred by the Appellant against the Judgment dated 30.03.2016 passed by the Sessions Judge, Begusarai in Sessions Trial No. 256 of 2002, whereby the learned Sessions Judge acquitted the respondent no.2 from the charges under sections 304/34 I.P.C. Having gone through the record, we find no reason to interfere with the judgment of acquittal.
