The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 278 of 2020 registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he submits that husband of the deceased is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 278 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
