JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the final argument in the matter has been concluded in December, 2016 itself, but he is not aware whether judgment has been delivered or not.
Be that as it may, once final arguments have been concluded, it is only but natural that the judgment would also have been delivered. Accordingly, there is no necessity to consider the prayer for bail.
In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the Court below to ensure that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39563 of 2015 (4) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 judgment is delivered latest by 31st January, 2017, if already not so done.
