JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 35 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Allegation is that there is a recovery of, altogether, 19 liters of liquor from the petitioner and other accused person. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than one and a half month.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
