2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 465 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is of snatching one mobile and Rs. 45,000/- Nepali cash on the point of pistol from the Informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics and previous enmity with the villagers. He further submits that nothing incriminating

He further submits that the recovered money and the mobile are personal. No T.I.P. has been conducted in this case. The petitioner no.1has two criminal antecedents out of which in one of them, he is on bail. The petitioner no.2 has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. The petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 16.11.2023. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody of the petitioners, let the petitioners, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 465 of 2023.
